These Terms of Service ("Terms of Service" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether individually or on behalf of an organization ("User," "you," or "your"), and Perkspe ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the https://www.perkspe.com website, along with any associated media forms, channels, mobile websites, or applications (collectively referred to as the "Perkspe Platform"). By accessing or using the Perkspe Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions and interactions involving Perkspe and establish a binding contractual relationship between you and Perkspe, under which the Perkspe Platform and related services are provided.
From time to time, supplemental terms, conditions, or policies may be introduced and published on the Perkspe Platform. Such documents are deemed incorporated herein by reference. Perkspe reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or update these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the latest revision. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. By continuing to use or access the Perkspe Platform following any amendments, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the revised Terms of Service.
The information and services provided on the Perkspe Platform are not intended for use in jurisdictions or by persons where such use would be contrary to applicable laws or regulations, or which would subject Perkspe to additional registration or compliance obligations. Individuals accessing the Perkspe Platform from outside the permitted jurisdictions do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws, as applicable.
The Perkspe Platform is developed, owned, and operated by Anjane Technologies, in partnership with Transcorp International Ltd., a Prepaid Payment Instrument (PPI) issuer authorized by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
Perkspe Platform: Perkspe is a comprehensive digital platform that streamlines employee-related financial management, including perks, expenses, and rewards, all within a unified system. The platform enables organizations to allocate funds, reimburse employee expenses, and issue rewards seamlessly through a single interface.
Pep-coins: "Pep-coins" refer to the virtual units allocated for employee perks and rewards within the Perkspe Platform. They combine technology and recognition to foster meaningful employee engagement and appreciation.
KYC ("Know Your Customer"): KYC refers to the regulatory process prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for verifying the identity and address of customers to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
NPCI (National Payments Corporation of India): NPCI is the governing body that operates the national payment infrastructure in India, including the RuPay and Unified Payments Interface (UPI) networks.
NCMC (National Common Mobility Card): NCMC is a government-initiated payment and travel card designed to enable seamless transit and digital payment solutions across India.
To access and use the Perkspe Platform, you must meet the following criteria:
Use of the Perkspe Platform by individuals or entities that do not meet these requirements is strictly prohibited.
Employers and authorized users are required to complete a digital onboarding process by submitting accurate, complete, and verifiable information. This information is essential to activate and maintain access to the Perkspe Platform and its associated services. In compliance with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations, completion of the Know Your Customer ("KYC") process is mandatory for all users.
Perkspe supports the following KYC verification types:
Users are responsible for ensuring that all account information remains accurate and up to date at all times. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading details may result in account suspension, restriction, or termination at the discretion of Perkspe, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
By registering for and using the Perkspe Platform, you expressly authorize Perkspe, either directly or through its authorized third-party service providers, to conduct any verification necessary to confirm your identity and authenticate your account information. Such verification may include, but is not limited to, requests for additional information or documentation relating to your identity, business operations, or account usage. Perkspe may also require validation of your contact details, such as your registered email address, mobile number, or linked financial instruments.
All materials and content made available through the Perkspe Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, designs, text, graphics, software, images, data, interfaces, and other intellectual property, are the exclusive property of Perkspe or its licensors. These assets are protected under applicable intellectual property, copyright, and trademark laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Perkspe Platform and its content solely for legitimate business purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
You shall not, without prior written authorization from Perkspe:
Any unauthorized or unlawful use of the Perkspe Platform or its materials may result in immediate termination of access, and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.
You agree to use the Perkspe Platform and its services responsibly, lawfully, and in good faith, and only for purposes expressly permitted by these Terms and applicable regulations. Any use of the Platform that may harm Perkspe, its users, or any third party is strictly prohibited. Any such actions may result in suspension of your account, termination of access, and possible legal proceedings. We fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities to investigate any security breaches.
Perkspe reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform for any user found to be in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy. Such actions may be taken without prior notice and at the sole discretion of Perkspe. In addition, Perkspe may cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities in investigating any suspected or actual breach of security, fraud, or unlawful activity.
To ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements, Perkspe imposes specific limits on transactions and account balances based on the level of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification completed by the user. These limits are designed to promote transparency, safeguard user funds, and prevent unauthorized or unlawful transactions.
Perkspe is committed to maintaining the highest standards of data privacy, confidentiality, and security in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulatory guidelines. We recognize the importance of safeguarding your personal and financial information and take all reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
Perkspe collects and processes personal information that is necessary to provide and enhance our services, including but not limited to:
Perkspe won't store the user's government-issued identification details and KYC documentation but Transcorp and Syntizen may store them for verification purposes under RBI guidelines. This information is collected solely for legitimate business and compliance purposes, such as verifying user identity, managing transactions, improving service quality, and fulfilling regulatory obligations.
Perkspe does not sell, rent, or trade user information to any third parties. Data may, however, be shared with:
Perkspe values the integrity and confidentiality of all user data shared or generated through the Perkspe Platform. While Perkspe takes every reasonable precaution to protect user information, it is the responsibility of each user to ensure that their data is accurate, complete, and securely maintained.
Perkspe strives to maintain transparency in all service-related charges associated with the use of the Perkspe Platform. Certain features, transactions, or value-added services offered through the Platform may be subject to applicable fees, as determined and communicated by Perkspe from time to time.

You may not access or use the Perkspe Platform for any purpose other than that for which we make the Perkspe Platform available. The Perkspe Platform may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
As a user of the Perkspe Platform, you agree not to:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Perkspe, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal and professional fees) arising directly or indirectly from:
Perkspe reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you agree to cooperate fully with Perkspe in asserting any available defenses.

We process user data in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws, ensuring that your personal information is handled responsibly and transparently.

This information is collected solely for legitimate operational, regulatory, and compliance purposes, including user verification, fraud prevention, and adherence to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and other statutory guidelines.
Perkspe ensures that all personal data is processed only to the extent necessary for providing services, maintaining compliance, and enhancing user experience. Information is securely stored and protected using encryption, access controls, and other industry-standard security measures to prevent unauthorized access or misuse.
Amongst other things, by agreeing to Perkspe and the Partner's terms, you're signing up for a background check. It means anyone who registers will adhere to RBI regulations. Also, we want to make sure no Perkspe account holder engages in illegal acts like money laundering, etc. You agree to these Terms as well as the Partner's terms referenced above before opening any account through the Perkspe Platform.
Furthermore, any account opening (or maintenance) is subject to the rules & regulations introduced (or amended) from time-to-time by the RBI or any other regulatory body, including but not limited to e-KYC or full KYC authentication, background check and risk related due diligence on the User.
You agree that an account opened through our Platform, using minimum KYC authentication, cannot have deposits that exceed INR 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand), unless otherwise expressly communicated to you. And that, this cannot change – until the full KYC (C-KYC, Video KYC or Biometric Authentication, in-person branch visit) registration is complete as per Bank and the RBI regulations.
The Platform and all related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Perkspe disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
Users agree not to misuse Perkspe services for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized transactions. The tag and wallet are non-transferable and must be used only by the registered user.
Perkspe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We may terminate or restrict access to your account for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
Perkspe reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion, at any time, without prior notice to you or any third party. The most recent version will always be available at the same link. Continued access or use of the Perkspe Platform or its Services following any such modification shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions, which shall supersede all prior versions.
We are committed to resolving customer complaints promptly. If your complaint remains unresolved for more than 30 days, or if you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate the matter to the Reserve Bank of India through the RBI CMS portal at https://cms.rbi.org.in as per the RBI Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021.
